It's been said time and time again, one of the easiest and cheapest ways to make an impact on a room is with paint. But, when you have hundreds (thousands?) or paint colors to pick from, it can be a daunting task to pick the right one. If you have intentions of selling your home, we encourage you to go neutral! What does that mean? I just means that the wall color should not be the focal point of the room - it's the backdrop. When buyers walk through the home, you don't want them to say no to your house because the red accent wall was not their taste, or their couch won't work with the green wall in the family room. If you neutralize the wall color, they'll look beyond it and see the whole house. Still wondering what color to pick? We can help (and, there are many more options than beige).
So you see, you have lots of GREAT options to pick from. They aren't boring beige - they are classic. Add interest to the space in pillows and soft surfaces. You won't be disappointed and your buyer will love it! If you have questions about your specific space, we are available to consult. Let us know if we can help!
