Hi!  I'm Amanda David - the force behind First Impression!  Growing up, my family owned a home furnishings business, so I've been around home decor my whole life.  Over time, I gravitated to the back end of the business, deciding to major in Accounting in college.  With my accounting experience, I've built a foundation of knowledge for my own business endeavors.  Meanwhile, my husband and I are fascinated by real estate and have bought and sold five homes in different real estate markets.  I utilized my staging strategies first hand in our homes and saw how they made a difference - and I had a blast doing it!
And so, First Impression Home Staging & Design was born.

I am a certified as a Staging Design Professional, Short Term Rental Design Specialist, member of RESA and have experience staging vacation rentals and residential homes.
