Occupied Staging Consultation for $350
For occupied homes, we generally start with an Occupied Staging Consultation. This service begins with a tour of the home to develop a staging plan. Then, we compile a written report that includes thorough notes on each room and diagrams for illustrating our vision. This is the roadmap that homeowners can use to get their home ready to sell. Our staging philosophy is to work with the homeowner's furnishings as much as possible; however, in some situations we suggest furnishings or accessories to purchase or rent that will help pull together the staging plan.
Hands On Occupied Staging for $350
In some situations we need to move quick! We offer a service where we jump right in and work on moving, rearranging, thinning, hanging artwork and staging the home. Includes up to 3.5 hours of staging. For best results, the home should already be decluttered, purged and clean. In the event that we run out of time, verbal instructions will be given for any remaining work needed.
Touch Up Services for $105
Want to make sure you're ready for your home's photoshoot? We can help! We'll breeze through and make sure it's picture perfect, taking all the extra steps needed that make a difference. Home should be showing-ready (beds made, kitchen clean, etc). Up to one hour appointment.
No matter what you staging service you choose, we are here to support you through the selling process!
*Hourly hands on staging, furnishings rental and shopping services are also offered. For other services needed - if we don't do it, we'll find someone to help you with it!
*Additional fees for locations further than 30 min

Are you outside of the Charlotte area? No problem! Using photos and video chat, we get a feel for the home and develop a staging plan specific to the space. A Consultation Report is provided to the homeowner that outlines specific, recommended adjustments to placement of existing furniture and decor. Photos are provided for design inspiration, and website shopping links for optional new decor are included. As a bonus, any new items will belong to the homeowner and will look beautiful in their new space!
